Why I built BEING 

 

I know this space, because I've lived it.

 

I spent almost two decades in wholesale fashion, eventually landing as VP at Michael Kors EMEA. From the outside, it looked like success. But I was running on adrenaline — I just didn't have a word for it yet.

 

Burnout was the turning point that led me to leave the industry I'd built my career in, and ask a harder question: what does it actually mean to lead well? That question brought me to meditation, mindfulness, and eventually to coaching leaders living the same tension I once did. The shift didn't happen overnight. It happened through consistency - through small moments of returning, again and again, until I could feel myself on the inside.

 

I built BEING because I needed something like it. Ten minutes a day. That's all it asks.

 

That's what I'm inviting you into. Not a performance. Not a new version of you to build. A remembering. A reconnection. A steady return to what's already here.

 

The world doesn't need you more exhausted. It needs you clear, rooted, and present.
